Exemptions

My research around small dwellings and the act of building - naturally evolved to include land zoning and restrictions, the use and misuse of materials, development and displacement in Vancouver, a housing crisis and the fallacy of land ownership.
This project involves a 41,330 sq ft building in a prime location, an empty lot where affordable housing was demolished in 2009 and repurposed corrugated plastic and wood.
